Terms of use

1. Provider. Planis Dracoria is offered by EES Engineering, Florian Eppinger (contact: florian.eppinger@ees-engineering.de). The game is in a test phase; you create your account yourself in the app (email address and password). Planis Dracoria may only be used from the age of 13; anyone under 18 needs the consent of their parents or legal guardians. On first start, the app therefore asks for the month and year of your birth.

2. Account and names. You sign in with your account name (or your email address) and your password; apart from that, your email address is only used to reset a forgotten password. Do not share your login details, and tell us if you suspect misuse. In the game you appear under your player name, which is visible to other players. It starts as “Ano” followed by six digits; you can choose your own name once for free, further changes only with an unlock. Names referring to National Socialism or war crimes, insulting or racist names, and names that pretend to be the game staff are prohibited; we may also reset such names afterwards. During the test phase we may block, reset or delete accounts at any time — in particular if game progress is deliberately falsified.

3. Playing outdoors. Planis Dracoria is played on the real map. Watch out for traffic and other people, do not enter private property or restricted areas, and do not play while driving. You are responsible for any damage resulting from careless behaviour.

4. Virtual goods. Dragons, shadow thalers, materials, equipment, shards and all other game content are virtual goods without monetary value. They cannot be paid out or traded outside the game, and during the test phase they may be changed or reset at any time.

5. Conduct. Prohibited are manipulating your location (fake GPS), modifying the app, its data or your game progress, automated play and disrupting other players.

6. Game progress and leaderboards. With an account, your game progress is also stored on our server. If you play on several devices and both versions have changed, the version on our server applies; the version on the other device is replaced. The server checks every saved game for values that grow faster than is possible through play. We do not include such values in the leaderboards, or only gradually; we record them and may remove accounts from the leaderboards. Whether a caught dragon is exotic is decided solely by the server.

7. Availability and liability. The test phase may contain errors; the service, leaderboards and map may fail or change. We are liable only for intent and gross negligence and for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health; otherwise liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

8. Changes. We may change these terms. We will inform you of changes the next time you start the app; the game will then ask for your consent again.

9. Termination. You can have your account deleted at any time by email; we will then delete all associated game data (see the privacy policy). German law applies.
