For this website (planisdracoria.com and planisdracoria.de). The app Planis Dracoria has its own privacy policy, which the app shows you when you start it. This is an English courtesy translation; the German version (Datenschutzerklärung) is authoritative.

  • No embedded third-party content: fonts, images and styles are served exclusively from this server.
  • Visiting the website creates technically necessary server logs at the hosting provider.

3. Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany, with whom a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place. When a page is accessed, the server automatically processes: IP address, date and time, the address requested, amount of data transferred, status code, the previously visited page (referrer) as well as browser and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the website and to protect it against attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are only kept for as long as necessary for these purposes and are then deleted.

4. Contact by email

If you write to us, we process your details in order to answer your request – for example to create an account for the test phase (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or to answer general questions (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the message once it has been dealt with and no retention obligation applies.

5. Administration area

There is a protected area only for editing the news. After logging in, the website sets a technically necessary session cookie there (§ 25(2) TDDDG). To protect against password guessing, a non-reversible hash of the IP address is stored for no longer than 24 hours after failed attempts.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). To exercise these rights, please contact us at the address given above.
