Delete account

Here you can find out how to have your account in the Planis Dracoria app deleted together with all its game data, and what happens to your data.

In the app

Soon you will also be able to delete your account directly in the app under “Account”. Until then, use this page or write to us.

Without the app

Enter the email address of your account. If you signed in with Google, this is the address of your Google account. We will send you a confirmation link so that nobody can have someone else’s account deleted.

You can also write to us from the email address of your account at [email protected].

What is deleted

your account, including the link to Google, and your player name
your game progress: dragons, items, materials, counters, settings and the map positions of your mines and search spots
catches, check and leaderboard values, country, routes and the log of your game actions
logins on your devices and the recorded consent

What remains and for how long

Your data remains in our nightly backups for no more than 14 days; after that it is deleted there too.
Points you collected for a guild still count for the guild, but no longer linked to you.
You remove the age entry, consent and cached game data on your phone by uninstalling the app.
